Our vision for The PROgram is to help aspiring dancers learn how to assist a class, structure a class, construct a routine, communication, professionalism and branding. The PROgram is a 1-2 year mentoring program led by Paige Gliwa. Paige is the Company Director of Encore Dance Company and Artistic Director at Encore Dance Productions. Paige has been teaching and choreographing for eleven years and wants to share her knowledge and experiences with the next generation of dancers.

During the dancers time with The PROgram, they will learn how to set goals, prioritize them, and discover what steps they need to achieve them. The PROgram dancers will also be given the opportunity to meet with choreographers, studio owners, costume designers, and previous convention employees to better understand the various opportunities in the industry.

Once a week, The PROgram dancers will assist a class and meet with Paige. Monthly meetings with the whole PROgram and homework will be required. If any dancer does not meet the requirements, they will be removed.
